Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy of information, product ownership, images, and any statements published in their advertisements.
Prohibited Content
We prohibit advertisements involving illegal goods, get-rich-quick schemes, gambling, adult products, or false information. The Administrator (Admin) reserves the right to remove advertisements that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Payment Policy
All advertising payments (Standard Rate S$9 / Featured Placement S$29) are processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit card). There are no automatic subscriptions. All transactions are final and no refunds are provided.
Advertisement Management
Advertisers may update or delete their advertisements at any time using the special link sent to the email address registered during payment.
2. Risk Disclaimer
Sale and Purchase Transactions
FindRoomSG.com is not involved in any transaction, payment, or delivery of goods between buyers and advertisers. All transaction risks are borne entirely by the parties involved.
Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or quality of products and services advertised by third parties on this platform.
Limitation of Liability
FindRoomSG.com will not be liable for any loss, scam, financial loss, or dispute arising from the use of information or connections made through this platform.
